Victoria Warehouse Wedding Band
An early 1900s cotton warehouse beside the canal, with raw brick, big open spaces and a hotel on site. It's built for a party, and a 9-piece band with a full horn section is exactly the right fit.
About the venue
A warehouse built for a party
Victoria Warehouse was built in the early 1900s to store cotton, at the heart of the trade that made Manchester famous. Today it sits by the canal on Trafford Wharf Road, close to Salford Quays and Old Trafford, and it's one of the city's best-known event spaces.
Its industrial character has been kept rather than covered up: exposed brick, iron and big open floors. Four spaces are licensed for ceremonies, The Bays, The Archives, The Cellars and The Cotton Sheds, so you can marry, eat and dance under one roof.
There's room for up to 250 at the wedding breakfast and 400 in the evening, and with a hotel on site, your guests can stay right where the party is. Ask the venue about their late licence if you want the night to run on.
It's a venue that suits couples who want a proper party, and that's exactly what we bring: a big live sound and a dancefloor that stays full from the first song to the last.
Raw brick, a packed dancefloor and a horn section going full tilt. This is what warehouse weddings are made for.
Why a live band
Made for live music
Big open spaces, an industrial edge and the chance to party late. Victoria Warehouse is a natural home for a live band.
Room to spread out
Open warehouse floors give a 9-piece band a proper stage and leave plenty of space for the dancefloor, even with a full room of guests.
Sound with grit
Brick and iron suit a band with real energy. We set our PA for the space, so the horns punch through without it ever feeling harsh.
A party that runs late
With guests staying in the hotel and a late licence available, nobody has to rush off. Add our DJ booth to keep it going after the band.
One team, all day
Acoustic ceremony music, roaming brass for the drinks, the full band and our DJ booth: one booking for your whole warehouse wedding.

Questions
Victoria Warehouse wedding band FAQs
Can Brass Monkees play at Victoria Warehouse?
Yes. Victoria Warehouse is on Trafford Wharf Road, close to Salford Quays, and right in the heart of the area we cover (see our Manchester wedding band page). We’ll speak to the venue’s events team before the day about load-in, set-up and timings, so you don’t need to chase any of it.
Which space will the band play in?
That depends on your guest numbers and which spaces you’ve booked. We’ll work with the venue to plan the best spot for the band and the dancefloor, and set up our PA and lighting to suit the room.
Is the band’s PA and lighting included?
Yes. A full PA and stage lighting come with the band at no extra cost. We’re fully insured too, with paperwork ready to send to the venue if they ask for it.
Can the party go on after the band?
Yes. Ask the venue about their late licence, then add our manned DJ booth, packaged with the band, so the music carries on seamlessly after the last set.
Can you play the ceremony and drinks reception too?
Yes. Our acoustic singer and guitarist can play your ceremony, roaming brass can entertain during drinks, and the full band takes over in the evening.
How much is a wedding band at Victoria Warehouse?
Our wedding packages start from around £2,000, depending on your date, timings and extras. You book directly with the band, so there are no agency fees. Send us your date for an exact quote.
