A full night with all nine of us starts at £2,000 plus travel. You book us directly, so there's no agency adding 20% on top – more of your budget goes on the music itself.
Your exact quote depends on the line-up, the distance to your venue, the season and how long you need us there.

Happy to go ahead? We'll send a link to our online booking form. Sign it and pay the 15% deposit, and the date is yours – the deposit invoice arrives in your inbox the moment you book.
Your final invoice arrives about a fortnight before the wedding. It lists anything you've added since booking and takes off whatever you've already paid.

Nine musicians: two lead vocalists, keys, guitar, bass and drums, plus a horn section of sax, trumpet and trombone – a line-up big enough for a room like the Titanic Hotel's Rum Warehouse.
Just the space and the power. We need a level, covered area of roughly 6m × 3m and two separate 13 amp sockets, each on its own spur. We've squeezed into far smaller spaces too, so if your venue's tight on room, ask us.
Our 3kW PA comes as standard. For very large rooms there's a 5kW system at extra cost.

Gladly. If it's a song we were planning to add anyway, learning it costs you nothing. If not, there's an extra fee to cover arranging it for nine musicians and rehearsing it.
Or we can play the original recording through our PA – whichever feels right for you.
Usually around 6pm. If we're in a different room from your meal, we start setting up straight away; if it's the same room, we wait until the speeches are over. We'll agree load-in and timings with your venue coordinator, so that's one less thing for you to organise.
Whenever suits your day – but we'd suggest 8:30–9pm at the earliest. Start too soon and the party peaks before the night does; start then and the dancefloor stays full right to the end.
Allow at least 60 minutes for set-up and soundcheck, plus a few minutes for us to change and catch our breath, so we walk on fresh when your guests are ready to dance.
Some do – usually city-centre buildings with neighbours close by, or listed buildings with a noise condition on their licence. A limit of around 100 decibels, with the limiter's microphone at least 7 metres from the stage, lets all nine of us play properly.
Lower than that can still work: we've brought the volume down with in-ear monitors and venues' electronic drum kits before. Check with us before you book, and read our guide to sound limiters at Liverpool wedding venues.

One Fine Day
High ceilings and grand pillars give this city-centre events space real drama, while still feeling relaxed and intimate once the dancefloor fills up.
Oh Me Oh My
A 1920s former bank opposite the Three Graces, full of charm and character. Tea house by day and party venue by night, it's made for an evening of soul and funk.
Sefton Park Palm House
Liverpool's Victorian glasshouse, set in the heart of Sefton Park. Surrounded by palms and glass, it's one of the most spectacular settings in the city for a first dance.
Isla Gladstone Conservatory
A beautifully restored Victorian conservatory in Stanley Park. Light and airy by day and magical after dark, it's perfect for a party that runs into the night.

LIVERPOOL WEDDING TO REMEMBER: 250 GUESTS AT THE LIVER BUILDING
From festival crowd to mother-of-the-bride's favourite band
Jeni first saw us playing at a festival and knew straight away we'd be right for her daughter's wedding reception at the Liver Building. On the night, we played to 250 guests with the full 9-piece band, with the horn section and vocals driving a packed dancefloor from the first song to the encore.

Big city-centre celebrations like this are where a 9-piece band really comes into its own. If you're planning a large Liverpool wedding, we've got the sound system and the stage presence to fill the room.
PLANNING LIVE MUSIC FOR YOUR LIVERPOOL WEDDING
What to expect, from first enquiry to final encore
Liverpool has an amazing mix of wedding venues, from grand city-centre hotels like The Shankly Hotel to spaces like the Isla Gladstone Conservatory and St Luke's Bombed Out Church. Wherever you're celebrating, we'll work with your venue coordinator on arrival times, load-in and room layout, so you don't have to.
We usually arrive around 6pm and need at least 60 minutes to set up and soundcheck, plus a little time to get changed. If we're in the same room as your meal, we'll wait until the speeches finish. The band normally starts around 8.30–9pm, playing two 60-minute sets, with playlists before, between and after, plus our PA and stage lighting, all included.
Want to take your evening up another level? Our manned DJ booth package keeps the party going, with optional live sax and vocals.

Getting married in Liverpool? Of course we play The Beatles. We've even surprised a couple by playing All You Need Is Love as they walked out of church. Alongside the Fab Four, our sets mix soul, Motown, funk, R&B and pop, from Stevie Wonder and Aretha Franklin to Bruno Mars and Amy Winehouse.
We'll help shape the setlist around you before the day, and read the room on the night to keep the dancefloor full. If there's time to rehearse, we'll gladly learn your first dance. Otherwise we'll play the original through our PA.
