Roaming band hire starts from around £650, depending on travel, the time of year and how long you'd like us to play.
Because you book directly with us, there are no agency fees, just one simple cost covering performance time and travel.

No. We play fully acoustic and on the move, so there's no power, PA or stage needed. We just need a little space to move between your guests.
Yes, we love playing outdoors, in gardens, courtyards and on the walk from the ceremony. If the weather turns, we simply move inside with your guests and carry on.

BRASS MONKEES! These guys are brilliant. 6th June, wedding in a marquee, half way up a Welsh mountain! Found the venue (not a given!), on time, set-up with no fuss/drama. Just got on with it. And then the 'play', the reading of the room – absolutely brilliant and spot on – the dance floor was pumping with wedding day joy and happiness from first dance to evening's end. Great vocals, vibrant horn section, key board, drums – just brilliant. And the in-between D.J.ing was really good too – the DJ I'd swear is now bi-lingual! I can't recommend them enough! Nailed on atmosphere and vibe! Hire them!
WOW I cannot say enough how amazing the Brass Monkees are. They played at our wedding and all the guests said they were fantastic. The energy and the atmosphere they bring is all you could ask for and the made the run up very effortless.
About 4 years ago, my now husband and I walked passed a pub in Knutsford and could hear an amazing live band playing inside. They drew us in. As we watched them, we both said "they're going to play our wedding" and we weren't even engaged! Fast forward to planning the big day and Brass Monkees were our one non-negotiable. We booked them before we had even secured a venue. Our entire wedding on 27th December was booked around their availability. And oh my wow was this the best decision ever! They were phenomenal and we're so happy they played our wedding party. Every guest commented "best band we've ever seen". They really brought the party with extra special moments and sprinkles of magic on top of their unbelievable talent and kindness. Brass Monkee's recently performed at our 25th anniversary party. They were absolutely sensational! I cannot recommend them enough. In the run up to the event they were super helpful, organised and made the whole process incredibly easy. The quality of the music was amazing, I've never seen so many people on their feet so quickly and people were up dancing all night. Brass Monkee's were absolutely amazing and I would highly highly recommend them as a wedding band. In the lead up to the wedding the communication was excellent and they were incredible on the night. We have had so many compliments on how good they were.
Chris and the team were absolutely incredible. We hired them for our wedding in South Wales and they trekked all the way down from up north! Chris was very communicative throughout the booking process and really helped to tailor the setlist to something that was right for our wedding. On the day, the whole gang set up without any issue. I can't speak highly enough of the band themselves, the dance floor was full all night and it was really special. The team also helped us in a bit of a crisis when we couldn't figure out how to turn our own PA system back on after their set, they were so quick and knowledgable! Can never thank them enough, HIGHLY recommend 💕

Must book! We had The Brass Monkees at our wedding after seeing them online. They were brilliant, brought the party and our guests have been raving about them since. I found them easy to work with the whole time. They would always suggest options and help with other aspects of the day. From this, we booked a member, Steve, to control backing music and the PA for speeches. Then had them also DJ either side of their set. The best wedding band I've seen and lucky it was at our big day!

Absolutely electric atmosphere from them what a brilliant night of music a number of our guest say that your music was totally superb. The Brass Monkees are one of the best bands, you will not regret booking them for any event. We recently booked them for our wedding in North Wales, and they were absolutely amazing. All our guests kept on asking us where did you find your band. From the moment you make contact with them, they are super helpful and friendly. We let the band use their expertise to judge what to play during the evening, and they nailed it!
We also booked Lauren and Ben (Singer and Guitarist) for live music to be played pre and after ceremony, again absolutely perfect. Again we left it to their expertise to know what to play and they set the tone perfectly.
5 stars isn't enough in my eyes. If you are considering booking them, do not hesitate. go for it, you won't regret it.
I saw the Brass Monkees about 4/5 years ago and they were good then, and my wife booked them for a surprise birthday party for my 70th last week and they were great. She booked the full 9 piece band and the sax, trombone and trumpet made it very professional. Hands down the best wedding band we've ever seen/heard. They put their heart and soil into 2 hours of non stop classics. The whole band look like they love what they do and helped create such a buzz and warm atmosphere where no one felt they could leave the dancefloor in case they missed a hit. I got married recently and got so lucky that I came across brass monkees! I came to them with an idea which they helped bring to life and did it so seamlessly! They hid at the back of church and popped out for the instrumental of 'All you need is love' - proper Love Actually style! They then walked us from church to our venue and played the whole way. It was like a big procession through the streets of Manchester! I was in contact with Chris to organise the surprise and all the other logistics during the build up to the wedding and he was so helpful. Chris and the band were utterly brilliant. All my guests have said that the highlight of the wedding was the walk with the brass band. They played loads of upbeat tunes and barely stopped for breath along the way. They brought so much joy to our wedding and we are so grateful. I would absolutely choose them again without a doubt. Thank you again so much for being such a fabulous part of our day!

I had Brass Monkees for my 60th Birthday in Knutsford at the courthouse. They were absolutely amazing. They got everyone up on the dance floor with absolutely no effort, because they are so good. Up close, interactive and totally live
An acoustic duo or trio usually sets up in one spot and plays to the room. A roaming band comes to your guests instead, moving between groups, playing right beside them and turning the drinks reception into something people talk about for years.
Because we're fully acoustic, there's no PA, no cables and no backing tracks. That means we can play in gardens, courtyards, marquees and ballrooms, and even lead your guests from one place to another.

When to book the roamers
The most popular slot is the drinks reception, straight after the ceremony. We're also booked to lead couples out of the ceremony, walk guests to the venue, call everyone in for the meal, and play during the wedding breakfast.
