About the venue
Stone barns in the Dee Valley
At Trevor, near Llangollen, Tower Hill Barns is a collection of converted stone barns in 10 acres of Welsh countryside, booked for exclusive use so the whole place is yours for the day.
Ceremonies for up to 120 can be held in the candlelit barn or outdoors on a sandstone bridge among wildflower meadows, with outdoor civil ceremonies under the old railway bridge from April to September.
The barn seats up to 130 for dinner and the venue takes up to 200 in the evening. The bar runs to midnight, or 1am on Fridays and Saturdays for a small fee.
The farmhouse, with a honeymoon suite, sleeps 10, and the rooms and glamping pods add more beds for the guests who want to stay.

Yes. We play weddings right across North Wales (see our North Wales wedding band page). Before the day we speak to the venue team about where the band sets up, timings and their music arrangements.

Can you play our ceremony under the railway bridge?
Yes. Our acoustic singer and guitarist can play your entrance, the signing and your exit outdoors, or in the barn if the weather turns.
Do you work with sound limiters?

Do we need to hire a PA or lights?
No. Our own PA and stage lighting are included, and we are fully insured, with documents ready for the venue if they ask.

Our packages start from around £2,000, depending on your date, timings and extras. You book with us directly, so there are no agency fees. Send us your date for a quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer Saturdays at barn venues like Tower Hill Barns often book a year or more ahead, so check our availability as soon as you have your date.
