A red-brick Georgian house in 18th-century parkland on the Welsh border, booked for exclusive use, with a permanent marquee for the party. We have played here, and it is a cracking venue for a 9-piece band.
About the venue
A family house made for a party
Just inside the Welsh border, a few miles from Whitchurch, Iscoyd Park is a red-brick Georgian house set in 18th-century parkland. It has been home to the Godsal family since 1843, and after years of careful restoration it now hosts one wedding at a time, with the whole estate yours for the day.
Ceremonies take place in the house, in one of two licensed rooms including the light-filled Garden Room, with drinks and canapés in the reception rooms and out on the lawns.
The wedding breakfast and the evening move into a permanent marquee, seating 160 for dinner and holding around 180 for the party, with a dancefloor in front of the band.
There are bedrooms in the house, including a honeymoon suite, so the two of you and your closest guests can stay on after the last dance.

Can you play our ceremony in the Garden Room?
Yes. Our acoustic singer and guitarist can play your entrance, the signing and your exit, in the Garden Room or the other licensed room in the house.

Yes. The permanent marquee has plenty of room for the full band and a dancefloor, and we confirm the set-up with the venue before the day.

No. Our own PA and stage lighting are included, and we are fully insured, with documents ready for the venue if they ask.

Our packages start from around £2,000, depending on your date, timings and extras. You book with us directly, so there are no agency fees. Send us your date for a quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Iscoyd Park only hosts one wedding at a time, so summer dates go early. Check our availability as soon as you have your date.
