In the countryside near Stone, Moddershall Oaks is a country spa retreat set in 72 acres of woodland and grounds, with its own private lake.
Ceremonies are licensed both outdoors and inside. The outdoor ceremony space sits by the lake, with a garden aisle and an oak gazebo, and there is an indoor ceremony room if the weather turns.
The main room seats up to 130 for dinner and holds 175 in the evening, with its own bar, mood lighting and a dancefloor. It is licensed for live music, discos and fireworks.
Woodland pods on the estate sleep up to 60 guests, including a honeymoon pod, and the spa is there for the morning after.

Yes. The reception room is licensed for live music, and we play weddings right across Staffordshire (see our Staffordshire wedding band page). We agree set-up and timings with the venue before the day.
Can you play our ceremony by the lake?
Yes. Our acoustic singer and guitarist can play your lakeside ceremony, with the indoor room as a back-up if the weather turns.
Where does the band set up?
In the main reception room, near the dancefloor. We confirm the exact spot with the venue so it suits your layout.
Do you work with sound limiters?
