About the venue
A country estate on a grand scale
Between Lichfield and Burton upon Trent, Alrewas Hayes is a Grade II listed Queen Anne house set in a 100-acre estate. It is available for exclusive hire seven days a week, all year round, so the whole estate is yours for the day.
There are four ceremony areas, with outdoor ceremonies in the warmer months and room for up to 400 guests to see you say your vows. The courtyard can also host a blessing.
For the reception, the estate takes from 50 up to 650 guests, which makes it one of the biggest wedding venues in Staffordshire. Live music, discos and even fireworks are all allowed.
Eleven bedrooms across the Main House, the Lodge and the Coach House sleep up to 22, including the Theodore Suite, so your closest family and friends can stay on the estate.

Sound for every table
For 200 guests or more we bring our larger PA, so the horns and vocals reach the back of the room as clearly as the front.
Ceremony music
Our acoustic singer and guitarist can play an outdoor ceremony, then carry on through the drinks.
Party all night
Exclusive use, live music and fireworks allowed, and guests staying on the estate. It is set up for a big night.
Horns on the lawn
Our roaming brass band can play around the gardens and courtyard while the photos are taken.

Can Brass Monkees play at Alrewas Hayes?
Yes. Live music is welcome at Alrewas Hayes, and we play weddings right across Staffordshire (see our Staffordshire wedding band page). We agree set-up and timings with the venue before the day.
Can you play a wedding with hundreds of guests?
Yes. For 200 guests or more we bring our larger PA system, so the sound carries properly across a big room. Let us know your numbers when you get in touch.
Can you play our outdoor ceremony?
Yes. Our acoustic singer and guitarist can play an outdoor ceremony, with a back-up plan agreed with the venue in case of rain.
Do you work with sound limiters?

Do we need to hire a PA or lights?
No. Our own PA and stage lighting are included, and we are fully insured, with documents ready for the venue if needed.

Our packages start from around £2,000, with the final price depending on your date, timings, extras and guest numbers. There are no agency fees. Send us your date for a quote.
