This policy covers merchandise bought from the Brass Monkees shop. If you have a question about an order, email info@brassmonkees.com.

1Printed to order

  1. 1.1All orders are printed to order, so please make sure you order the size you need.
  2. 1.2We can't offer refunds if the wrong size was ordered.

2Damaged items

  1. 2.1If your item arrives damaged, email us at info@brassmonkees.com.
  2. 2.2We'll process your refund and send you an address to return the item to.
